With judgment from the 12th of May, 1998 the regional court of Hamburg decided that anybody, who puts links to other websites on his homepage can (if necessary) be made responsible for the content of these linked sites. According to the regional court of Hamburg, this can only be avoided by dissociating oneself expressly from these contents.
The following statement is valid for all the links which lead from my homepage to other websites in the world wide web: "I particularly declare that I have no influence on the design and the contents of these linked sites. Therefore I dissociate myself specifically from the contents of all linked sites on my homepage (these contents are not a part or my homepage)".
